How do I get a tutor?
Parents or Teachers (for QTS) contact us. We discuss their needs and requirements and provide them with a plan of getting them a tuition with a tutor. Tuition is arranged at a time convenient for clients. Find out more HERE.

What's the minimum time to work with a tutor?
The minimum time required depends on your needs and how much learning you have previously obtained. We will advice you on minimum hours after speaking with you. For exam preparations, we have outlined minimum recommended hours HERE

Yes we are keen on improving on our services, so we will be happy to receive feedback on your sessions. During tuition, our teachers generally recap on previous sessions taught before going on to a new topic.
Can I review my previous sessions?
Yes you can have the same tutor for all tuition sessions.

Can I work with the same tutor again?
To Login to your online account, click on the "Log in" button on the top right corner of our website. To logout, click on your profile identified as "Hello (your name)", at the top right corner, then scroll to the bottom and click log out.

How do I book a session with a tutor?
To book a session click on Book A Session on our website. Select your level of study, then add item to basket and checkout. Following payment, you will be redirected to the bookings page where you can schedule an appointment at a convenient time for you. You can easily reschedule or cancel an appointment by logging into your online account.
