'Wordshark' and 'Number Shark' by Whitespace

By far the most useful and most-loved resource we have used!

Wordsharkis excellent for learners from Nursery right through to GCSE! An excellent spelling aid, with about 40 games that look so simple but are so addictive ...and FUN! Phonics, wordlists, 'chunking', digraphs, consonant blends- you name it , you can find it on here. An educational-psychology recommended resource for supporting those with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD).

Numbershark- the numeracy-world's answer to Wordshark. Loads of great games that make children learn without realising it! So much fun! Great for reluctant learners and those with more auditory understanding- a great teaching aid.

These games may appear to be a little pricey, but they really are worth every penny! (Top Tip- Look for them on Ebay- but be prepared to bid quite high, as they do tend to sell well).Used in schools nationwide, if you only have a small budget this is THE resource to blow it all on. It will earn it's keep time and time again.
