· All tutors have confirmed, relevant qualifications and are Enhanced CRB checked (where necessary). For more information please see theCRB website. Please note that for adult education, while CRB checks are preferred, we may waive this requirement.
· All tutors are met personally by us; qualification certificates and other relevant documentation checked by sight before your contact details are forwarded
· We check tutor availability before sending out details, saving you making wasted calls
· Your details are only released to selected tutors who match your needs, therefore you do not receive unwanted contacts
We don’t employ tutors in any way- we introduce them to you, after carefully matching all areas of your needs. You will then decide yourself whether to take on the tutor, discussing further details with them directly, athough we will supply you with all main details.

When you apply, you’ll need to tell us the following information…

• What age or level is the student at -e.g. Yr2, GCSE?
• What learning needs does the student have ?
• Where would you prefer tutoring to take place? (Tutor's home? Your home?)
• Do you want a male or female private learning tutor?
• When would you like the tutor to start?
Once we've assessed your needs, we’ll recommend tutors who are a good match, using our personal knowledge of the tutor and his/her proximity to your location . We’ll also tell you about fees and answer any questions that you might have. You are not obliged to take any introduction from us at any time.
